By accessing or using VAPI services at vapi.click, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

VAPI provides voice AI infrastructure including APIs, SDKs, analytics, and related tools. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, generate harmful content, or attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing page. Overage charges apply as described in your plan. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for service outages exceeding our SLA.

VAPI is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where prohibited by law.
